Wrong cashwithdrawl from non home base branch of HDFC Bank

Dear Sir,

I have issue a cheque no.234994 dt.5-10 from our company to M/s MIT College of Engineering & Management.by mistake We have not mentioned cross/ account payee at this cheque.

this cheque was taken by his owner Mr. Vinod Thakur by forcefully on gun point in MIT hamirpur college campus when we visited at this place for meeting for futher business plan .further we want to confirm that this college owner taken cash against this cheque from local Branch at that time.

How this will possible & we can't understand about that. when we go at any other non home branch then they will give cash limit only for Rs.50, 000.00

but this time they permit Rs2, 21, 000.00.

why & how this is our question.

We Need our Cash from HDFC Bank and want legal action action against these things.

Kindly take action against this branch.
