MTNL was authorised to ECS payemnt from SBI SB AC 11037608084 upto only Rs 1000. But SBI Housing branch Vashi permitted to cut Rs 3698 to MTNL

Dear Sir,

I had authorised MTNL for ECS payment for mobile no 9869456105 only upto Rs 1000/- The bank was informed accordingly. Still the bank allowed to cut State Bank of India allowed to deduct Rs 3698 from my account.

This is wrong on part of SBI Housng branch Mumbai to allow deduction to this amount.

This amount must be reverted back to my account.
