MIMOBITV subscription
Cheating people

It is very hard to say that though there are lot of complints about MIMOBITV cheating people on the net, still it is continuing. I am a BSNL prepaid customer and my mobile no. is 9448008862. From past Jan I am receiving a SMS from MIMOBITV saying "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKRS.40/WEEK". On checking my BSNL account a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted.

Though I have not subscribed for this service, they are blindly subscribing themself and deducting the amount from my account. After going through compliants in the net I found I am not the only one like this. They are chating and playing with people.

I also unsubsribed as per their SMS but still this is going on and on. Every week starting from Jan 8th Rs. 40 is getting deducted from my account till today.

I request the respective authority members to take serious action against them and block such SMSs so that they will no more cheat people.

I also want MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount back to my account immediately. I am very much frustrated with this and hence I am raising my concerns here. If this is not getting addressed, I will go to the next levels.
