Credit Card closure

Hi,

I have applied for a credit card with ABN AMRO bank in 2005 after that i have not activated and used that card however the bank is still keeping those records and that is creating a bad credit scores in the CIBIL reports. The Dec CIBIL report is showing i have outstanding of 2287Rs.

Can you help me to close this issue.
