Charging more than MRP rate

Sir,

I Purchased a King Fisher Strong beer the MRP written-ed was 75 Rs. But the employee of the shop was demanding me to pay 10 more rupees. If not means asking us to leave the bar. The formed one union If any the makes the call to the union not for the Control room (Police). And they says we stop the sales (they says we are govt staff we can do any thing in Chennai . we got a union.) What and how i need to face this can anything. How to take action abt them..
