Price charging more than MRP for Minute Maid Nimbu Fresh

There are two stroes in Tradeo (mumbai). One is "KumKum Pro.stores" and the other is 'Mahalaxmi Dairy farm'. Both of them charges more than MRP on cold drinks and water bottles saying that they are charging it for cooling them. I dont think there are any charges for cooling. Is there any action taken against these.
