FOUL PROMISE FOR SETTLEMENT

Hi,

I am Lalesh Kumar, was the card holder of ABN AMRO. This was the first time I ever used the credit card. My outstanding amount was 76, 000 Rs. I had asked for a settlement and they agreed for 58, 303 RS at one shot, which I agreed. The payment was done in October. The executive had promised me to send the settlement letter within a week from the date of payment, which they never sent.

Now in Feb they have sent a court notice to make the payment. How can I resolve this?
