Misc Payment in respect of 30303LIC, PG&S Department
ECS changed to cheque payment

I was getting payment of pension @Rs.2260/- twice in January & July in through ECS since last 10 years but don't no why in July'2010 is is changed to cheque payment. Which is a lengthy process because cheque may replace in dispatch system. I tried to call on phone no.011-23314970 / 23350678 & also on toll free no.1800 11 8899 but after multi call for contineuos 7 days I could success to get any person to get the reply. Either phones are not working or no body is there for attending the phone. Please arrange to change the cheque payment into ECS and also make an arrangement to attend the phone to get the proper answer to a person. I have not made any option to change mode of payment.
