ABN AMRO Bank
No Card issued me but 70000 due on me

I had applied for credit card to ABN AMRO. but I never recieved card. but after couple of months some one call me on behalf on ABN AMRO and told that you have 70000 due. Now i am very scared, and what i can do please tell..

here i am listing some facts about this accident..

* My all information is matched with card holder information (Name, father name, mother name, company name, pan number, permanent address.)

* but some information not matched

as Residential address

Date of birth (year is wrong)

now bank lien my account (ABN AMRO).

please suggest what i do...
