Had opened a first new bank account on pursuance of your emploies in your bank with the assurance that zero balance facility is available as my school fees i.e. Loreto convent lucknow, fees are deposited in your bank. As i am a minor and operated the account only once in august and did not make any transactions till 30th dec. I went to make a withdrawal and was told that my account has been closed and i met the incharge mr Gaurav Seth who assured me that my full amount which is in the bank will be remited to me within four workin days (amount approx Rs 10, 000.) as the bank has merged into Royal bank of Scotland .kindly solve my problem as i am requesting for my own money.
