In my area of vikhroli, ALL shopkeepers sell prepaid cards by taking extra charge on each prepaid card! y is this so?!
for eg, i take tata docomos prepaid card of 20rs [on card-MRP . Rs 20 (incl. of all taxes) ]they take 21 rs on each..
