Stoppage of deduction on account of model club service charge

Though not activated and reqeust for deactivation, money is being deducted per month as Model Service Club Charge from my unior prepaid mobile bearing No. 7870388186. Kindly order for immediate stoppagek of deduction towards the above charge, otherwise I will be forced to stop my above prepaid connection and take a prepaid connection from other company.
