Dear Sir/ madam,

With reference to the above loan account please note that we have fully repaid the outstanding loan amount on 24/12 but until now we did not received our mortgaged Original Property Documents of my House (NL- 6, Bldg No. 8, Flat No. 7, Sector 15, Nerul, Navi Mumbai – 400706 Maharashtra)

In spite of various reminders/ personal visits to the LIC Housing Finance Ltd Office (Jeevan Prakash 4th Floor Sir P M Road, Fort Mumbai – 400001 Maharashtra) no proper response from officers/managers.

As we understood by several visit to your office that our Original Property Documents are either Lost or Misplaced.

We request you to please look into this matter on URGENT basis and reply me on this subject and advice by when our documents will be released as your officers are harassing me by delaying the release of Original property documents.
