Wrongly bank name on the chaque

Dear sir,

we are receveing moil.ipo refund chaque ref no.1958644, order no.750933 dt.11/12 but, bank name on chaque is wrong, we don"t have any a/c in that bank.(vyankateshwara sahakari bank ltd)

our bank a/c is axis bank ltd.nanded branch, a/c no.910010044740251.

so kindly issue the fresh chaque for Rs.44625/- as per mationed bank.

pls reply immeditly.
