Dear Sir,

Complaint Non issuance of Statement of Account/ Foreclosure letter.

We have availed loan of Rs. 4.70 Cr. A/c No. 587395 dated 27th Feb. We raised queries from time to time first dated 28.05. which has not been responded which was required for the reconciliation.

1. Details of disbursal amount of Rs. 4.70 Cr

2. Processing fees charge 1% instead of 0.75% as per sanctioned.

3. Details of Pre-EMI charged that is installments was disbursed after 1 and 11/2 month of sanction but interest charged in shape of Pre-EMI is from the date of sanction.

4. Detail of Rs.2, 00, 000/- debited

5. Fore closure penalty not to be charged after 1 year.

6. Statement of account
