Sir,

I issued toll gate monthly pass first time from 9-03-10 to 8-04-10 from Chabbewal toll plaza on Hoshiarpur- Balachour highway. After completing that period I went that way on 12-04-10 for issuing the next monthly pass. But the concerned official issued pass valid from 09-04-10 to 08-05-10.

I want to know that after expiring previous pass if go that way after some interval the new pass will issued after next date of expiring previous pass.
