Non Refund of FDR amount

A sum of Rs. Twentyfive thousand only was deposited vide FDR.BNGRQ00054 Dated16thApril with I was her Morepan Laboratories Ltd New Delhi.for a period of one year.a cheque for Rs.680. towards intrest issued by the Co. was returned by the Bank twice. We wrote several letters from time to time not a single reply was ever received.

In April.2003 we were asked to submit an Application for Hardship cases, for people suffering ill health, this application was duly received & acknowledged by Moropan Laboratories Delhi Office, that was all no further action was taken.

On 25th August investors were sent a letter by The Chairman & Managing Director. stating the Company would pay back all depositers, within 4 years from the date of Maturity. This was the last we ever

heard from him. Not a penny has ever been paid back.

My wife passed away on 1st April. I wrote to them on May 18th and sent a copy of the death certificate at the same time informing them that I was her Legal heir. That was my last communication with the Company. D.M.Pallonji. Mob.919764361791
