Non-Receipt of Maturity Payments against Fixed Deposits

The below letter i send many times to company address but they cannot committed to give the response. we have invested Rs.15000 and the maturity dated amount is Rs.18636. this deposit is taken on dated 19-03 and due date is 09-01.

now it is 2009 ended but still i cannot get my money.

please help us...
