Nonpayment of fixed deposit

I have put fixed deposit of rs 10000/(each) in april and another in july in MOREPEN LABORATORY.receipt no- DL20X38142 dated 23/04 and

DELDX01158N dated 05/08. both matured 12/04 and 02/07.

on maturity they were surrendered for payment.till date neither paid nor replied.all my reminders/discussion over phone -no result.
