Breathing Time

I have taken mortgage loan for bank and i have paid 50 dues out of 155. Now i am unable to pay the due (due to my business loss). Already two months pending dues. I need 2 -3 month to regularize my emi due amount. Is there any option for me to take two month breathing time. If so send me the details please...

i am unable to attend the collection agent calls.
