Cheated in name of personal loan

Hello hi to every one the company with name of moser associates n Chandigarh said that they provide loan, so we have applied the loan for 3 lakhs they asked for the 25000 payment, first, 5000rs then again for 2000rs, and again they asked for 4500rs, and they asked for the 12000rs for court documents and they cheated, they saying that they will give the loan already 2 months gone, no response for the loan, tell us what to do, plz
