Harrasment and threatning

I was holding a credit card of ABN-AMRO and had discontinued it for about 2 months after full settlement of dues. today afternoon two gundas went to my house and chased my mother and took the telephone no. and workplace and rang me to settle dues of 3- which I never spent. when asked over phone, they have quoted me my card no. 5415 3823 2269 2270 which is not matching with my card no. that I was holding. this is a criminal act on behalf of the ABNAMRO bank and a defamation suit is going to be filed along with an FIR with police.
