ABN AMRO - Credit Card
Paymnet for never used credit card

Dear M/s,

Bank: ABN AMRO – Credit card Division

Sub: Card paymnet for never used card # 5239 5040 0168 0092

This card was additionally sent by ABN AMRO BANK (Approx - 2.5 years before) by courier without my request. In my absence (i.e., I left for office) the Courier was received my wife. On that day itself, I never used that card.

After 2 years (approx), they have charged annual fee, late payment fee and other fees and asking a payment of Rs 2381.04. I have also sent so many emails, but they are not considering the same

How shall I responsible for the same. Please advice
