Late payment charges

Dear Sir,

With ref. to my credit card with No. 5415 **** **** 5650 I am not satisfied with the discussion I had with your Customer care executive on 14th March at 1:00 pm approx. regarding my late payment charges.

I request you to solve my problem at the earliest.

Also kindly send me by returned mail about the information on calculation of late payment charges if minimum amount due is paid.
