ABN AMRO Credit Card
ABN AMRO blocked my Credit Score

I'm holding ABN AMRO credit card way back in 2006 and I cleared my out standing but not sure still 4000 Rs is shown pending, which I came to know from BANK for which I applied for home loan the credit score shown was less as Credit card payment is pending when checked the Siebel report, I wrote to customer care of ABN AMRO to take the payment and clear in Siebel, I do got a call from Delhi customer care, but till now no one came to collect the amount and no one approached to clear the Siebel report .this is pending since more than 3 months.

I also came to know that ABN AMRO is close and getting tied up with other bank, I request to take actions from your end asking some one from the ABN BANK to clear my transaction from Siebel, where I can get more credit score and home load gets approval.
