UNNECESSARY CHARGES

This is in regard to card no - 5415382326804390 in name of vijay mishra, i am using this card more than 7 years.

my complaints is since noveber my actual bill is Rs 1000 /-, which i paid on prior to due date by cheque no. - 400625, south indian bank, chandigarh - but bank did not represent in my a/c till 2 month, then i got cleared from a/c -

now bank is imposing late fee charges and keep on accumlated it . -- for which i am not liable to pay anything - now bank is harrassing me by sending bills and telephonically.

i had got all proof with me.

you are requested to please intervene and solve this issue.
