Poor customer service

Hi

I do have account in Motilal Oswal Securities, i am requesting them to activate my account as online from past 3 months but they are not activating my account and also i am requesting them to solve the problem with their website in that BACK OFFICE wont work at all. They have to learn customer service from rival companies and also they have to pay for the poor quality of customer service.
