Maintenance charge levied in Feb12 with request for trading account closure in Jan12

Dear MOSL team,

Had applied for trading a/c closure (DP ID: 12010900) in Jan12. Post submission, MOSL Oshiwara office responded after 2 weeks on requirement of joint account holders signature.

Re-submitted trading a/c closure form. Was told annual maintenance charges are levied in Feb12 that need to be paid.

Would have appreciated efforts on customer retention. Am willing to pay charges for services used, not for slippage in response.
