Non - using credit card

I Mr Samar Kumar Panja like to mention that I had never used any sort of credit card in my life, but after applying loan in SBI bank i had found that there is a bill of amounting Rs 1509, which is un neceesary and harrassment. I had found out in civil report.

So in this regard I like to request you to kindly look into this matter and sort out my problem so that I can get the loan.
