I have a savings bank account in the name of Mrs. Jayshree Rajesh Kejriwal. Joint Holders - Rajesh Shyansunder Kejriwal.

At the time of account opening i very carefully (in a/c opening form) crossed the provision of debit Card & other non required things.

Then too i am being regularly debited by Debit Card Fee.

I regularly go to your branch counter, make a big despute, waste my time in hours & get credited with that amount.

Please check my account opening form & save my time & hassels i face regularly.

I dont have any debitcard neither i applied for.

Please make a permanent solution for this & oblidge.
