Unauthorise job offer letter and demanding money

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Complain is for M/s A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.). The company send me job offer letter and demanding bank draft of Rs. 2800/- Before taking any inerview, no clarification how they demand money? And also company dosent provide any web address, email address, contact no. So how can we find out company details. Company only gives address. The address of the company is :-

A.E.W. ENTERPRISES,

OFFICE NO.3,

MEHU WALA MAFI,

SHIMLA BYPASS ROAD,

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).

They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 14th Feb & if we send the DD after last date, we have to pay 850/- Rs. late fee within 10 days.

Please provide me some information about this company whether it is fake?? and mention my email id as soon as possible. My email id -krishnamazumder@sify.com
