MISUTILISE FUND FROM A/C

Dear Sir

I am holding a a/c with ICICI bank vide its no.603805018245 in the name of M/s ARJ EXIM INDAI . I have debited a sum of rs.206000/- vide ch. no. 386366 in favour of Sehgal leather industries on dated 8th april. wheather the said cheque is still lying with me.

& I have make so much complaint to ICICI BANK but they have not given no any resposible reply to me. ICICI bank said me we will give the money back only when we get it back from the drawee bank. I have not issue the ch no. 386366 ever to any one. & Also ICICI Bank returned back my check which I have issued to another party with given the reason of insufficient fund.

Sir it is my huge request to you to please look the matter & give my money back from ICICI bank.
