Reversal of the bank charges levied on my preffered bank a/c

Sir,

Unfortunately, I have a preffered current a/c in your Mahalaxmi Building br. (chandni chowk) delhi-6.

With profound grief it is to say that for last six months, I am corresponding to my related R.M. regarding Reversal of the charges imposed in my A/c. First of all my R.M. was Mr. Nitin Madan & after that two to three R.M.'s have replaced this seat & each & every R.M. had assured me to get these charges reversed. My arguement is only this that if you cannot get the charges reversed then why are you making false commitments with your clients, there is no logic in making fool of your clients by making false promises.

I had given a letter with the month-wise statement of charges in written to Mr. Nitin Madan (R.M.) & secondly I had given a second letter to Mr. Rahil Anwar (acting R.M.) on dt. 22/03 in which he had assured me that the same will be done before 31/03.

But after repeated reminders on telephone, everything is in vain.

My greatest problem is that I hada mobile number for respective R.M.i.e. 093135-54952, whenever I call there is always a new man who receives this call & I narrate my problem from the very beginning & he gives me a "LOLIPOP" saying that the job will be done in 1-2 days only.

In brief, I have to say only one thing that if this type of malpractices keep on going, it will adversely affect the prestigious image of your bank in long run. People will never trust your great ethics & values. My claim is only for Rs. 7053.90 as charges debited in my A/c from 1/4 to 28/02.

But i am very much sorry to say that how can one rely on your bank if you are even fail to fulfill your commitments regarding your bank services. It's really shocking & disgusting on your part of a bank of such 'BIG CALLIBRE'.
