Wrong delivery of Documents

Dear sirs

Our Document no Z25219993 was delivered to another party after a long follow up with Banglore & Local office no result came. This contains a Cheque of rs 10 lacs. we are unable to understand that why DTDC is not able to get the cheque/ Document take back from the wrongly delivered party. please can you help us to get the document to us if not then a letter from DTDC to show their unablity to get the document back.
