NON RECEIPT OF FD MATURITY

No receipt of maturity procees of the FD

Sir/Madam,

I had deposited Rs.5, 000/- as FD with M/s Duncan Industries Ltd., Kolkata and the said FD has attained it maturity on 28/09. But I have not got any interest nor had I got back the principal amount so far. The Company had assured refund, but every time they did not keep their word. CurrentlyI'm staying away from the Company's official location i.e. Kolkata. Eventhough there is regular follow-up for refund but these dumb Company's fellow do not liustening anything. This is very much harassing to innocent people who has trusted so called such a flagship company of " GOENKA" group and deposited their hard money but at the time of maturity Company is not listening anything.

If anything can be done against this kinds of Company, please do.
