I am getting bill of units consumption without any base even snapshot available on the bill... I have already approached & submitted application at HAPASAR RURAL DIVISION, CAMP in this regard.. I shocked when he told me that such type of consumtion put by contractor for getting more commission... I would like to inform that flat is newly constructed & till date it is not in use...
