IRRESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING INCENTIVE AGAINST FIXED DEPOSIT

Sir,

I have deposited an amount of Rs 20000/- with M/s Evergrow Capital Ltd, Rohini Delhi. As per the agreement between me and co an amount of Rs 850/- per month required to be refunded being intencive/interest. Since Jan the co has not made the payment even after repeated request through the promoter/adviser Sh V Rajan of my village. The co has given -ulta-fulta replies which show the irresponsible for dealing with their consumers. The co may requested to either refund my capital amount or the intencive from Jan to Jun and onward upto the agreement period.
