M/S J.C.GUPTA & CO ENGINEERS & CONTRACTORS
TDS NOT DEPOSITED IN MY A/C

I was working as technical advisor with M/S J.C.Gupta & co from May to Jan and drawing monthly payment of Rs70, 000/- P.M, but they have not paid my salary for the 3 months from Oct.2011 to Jan They deducted T.D.S Rs7000/- P.M but not deposited in my a/c.

I have talked to Mr J.C.Gupta, but he is not releasing my salary.
