Cheque is not paid

Dear sir.

It is submitted that I have a joint current accouont no 4481002100001894 on m/s shiv shiva eng. enterprises as it is a partnership company. I had submitted a cheque on 09 Mar with my and partner signaturer. After making entry on cheque by your bank, token number was issued to me but when the cheque came for manager signature he had objected saying that your partner signature is not matching so pse call your partner and also your partner claims that there is a dispute between you and your partner. I asked the manager that if he (partner) has given you a letter in writting rregarding the same, he replied no. I have asked the partner and your bank manager about the same to lodge a complain of fraud against me if you (manager sir) are sure of the fact that it is not my partner signature and partner is sure that it is not his signature. But having passed so many days no one have come up and i have visited your bank many times and also one time with partner and talked to manager in partner presence but nither bank manager nor partner has raised this issue. It is obvious from the account that my partner has invested only 10000/ in the bank account and I have diposited 70000/ in the current account. rest of his inveatment he made i agree but the amount i invested he is not interested to see the bills of materials. now, he simply wants to take his invested money returned from me and not willing to share loss. that also i agree but he wants to take 50%out of the balance in the current account which is not possible.

I hope that you understand his intension well. If the money is drawn then he will quitely seat with me and do accounting as wel as duties towards govt for winding of company. He is being supported by your manager and he is harassing me verbaly. he is not replying to my letter in writting.

You are requested to take appropriate action for payment of the cheque no.401854 dated 09 Mar 10 or other wise register a fraud case against me. I promise you that this cheque i am likely to send forensic lab for varification of partner signature.
