Non-Refund of Fixed Deposit Amount

Dear Sir,

I have placed fixed deposits amount of Rs. 10000/- Details of FDR has been given as below..

1. Name of Deposit Holder: Narayan Krishna Jagtap

2. Fixed Deposit Receipt No: 50224 dated 23.01.2001

3. Deposit Scheme: Cummulative

4. Period of Deposit: 3 Years

5. Amount of Deposit: RS. 10, 000/-

6. Date of Maturity: 07.01.2004

I have already submitted my Deposit Receipt duly signed for refund of my deposit to the company concerned but till date I have neither received Principle not Interest amount.

I hereby request the company to look into the matter and arrange to refund the aforesaid (Principle Interest) amount at the earliest.
