Unsolicited wap subscription

I am receiving continuously sms from 58888010 regarding FTV MODELS and hot vedeos which I never subscribed. In addition to above, my balance to the extent of more than Rs 500 have been deducted without my knowledge. Kindly ensure that these so called wap services be deactivated immediately. Furthermore, how these types of fraud services are going on without the knowledge of consumer, strict actions must be taken against the culprit and my deducted amount of Rs 500/ must be remitted back to my account.
