Charge deduction

MTS mobile connection, although provided at lower call rates, but this company activates VAS on its own and deduct heavy charges. It is very difficult to chase company everytime, because of scarcity of time. My connection 9136196919, I have made two complaints SEP/1077&3113 about unauthorise deduction of Rs25 but everytime i get reply that I will get refund in 24 hrs from 4 sept but still I did not get, Now company is saying go any where and complaint
