Mobile not recharge

Dear Sir,

I recharge my reliance mobile no.9312.13403 on dtd 21.10.2011 for Rs. 333/-through citi bank credit card . first time transaction not complited and computer screen shonw that your transaction not completed after then i again rechagrge my mobile, but Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. deducted two tims this amount in my citi bank credit card account.

I am requestin to kindly reverse me my amout for Rs.343/- as soon as possible, otherwise i will take legal action agaist you.
