Toll charges

Sir,

on 24 Aug I travelled from Deolali to Igatpuri by car on Sinner Ghoti road and paid return toll charges of Rs.36.00 vide ticket no. DEO/B2/L2/S1/NPP/G1372.GO (under NSRDC) upto Ghoti, thereafter Igatpuri is just 5 (five) KM for which Mumbai Nasik Expressway insisted to pay Rs 50.00 one way thereby totalling to Rs.100.00 for return journey, which works out to Rs 10/- per Km for using the highway, now I request you to justify these charges. The staff at toll plaza showed their inability to help stating that it was as per norms of NHAI.

Now would you please look into the matter and do the needfull, I have also registered my complaint in writting at the toll plaza.
