I am an existing Kotak Card Holder aproximately for 9 month now, i used the card and had seven defaults on my card due to unavoidable circumstances, hence after which i cleared my card by paying it in full just few weeks ago, before i made the payment i spoke to different operators on the other end of the phone who confirmed me once the full payment of done my card will be activated on my request and was asked to contact after 14 working days time but when i contacted the bank and its contact center they said they cannot activate the card and the card was cancelled so i requested for the conversation tape to be sent to me which has confirmation on tape about card activation after full payment is done but the Supervisor Rajesh from Maharastra Branch said tape cannot be sent, so now i dont have anything to proof that i was misleaded and given wrong information by the bank inorder to get their money which i owed them so could you please revert back to me and advice me what should i do on this situation.
