Company doesn't prvide services

My name is arun pandey 6 month back i have given INR 8, 000 to the company for opening of investment account, advisory and financial Plan but company hasn't provided any kind of services to me as yet then i have written a mail to the company and ask that why you have taken money from me for services or charity and i also asked them to return my hard earned money.

Then i have recieved a phone call from a company representative and said your account is opened now then i have recived a mail from mr.rahul ray and he has written in the mail that few documents is not been competed due to the negligence of ex. RM.

Request you to kindly guide me how to recover my money and also guide me about the reputation and base of this company.
