Charging in broadband bill without any sucription done by me

I am using bsnl broadband from last 1 year no-02456222064.from last 4 months in billing there is additional charges of 149 rs every month for music on demand service.i am shocked because no such service i have suscribed any time.i visited our telephone exchange but they said that the service to be deactiveted by internet only. But to unsuscribe i never created account on that site then how can i unsuscribe?

I saw many complaint on this consmer complaint site so please take strict action on such sites and file penalty on them. Currently first help me to unsucribe this service immediately.
