Respected Madam……..

It is with deep regret and profound grief that I am furnishing the following

information for your kind consideration and immediate follow up action.

I, Resmi Rajan, have been working as Relationship Manager - Trainee. with your esteemed

Organisation for the last almost two months now in the Kundara Branch. And during this short

period I have been carrying out my assigned duties with utmost dedication and

sincerity.

However, to my total surprise on the 29th of November, my Branch Manager

informed me that I am transferred to Kasargode Branch with immediate effect as

per the e-mail received from the Company’s higher authorities.

This news came as a bolt from the blue for me as I am married and settled in

Perumpuzha, about four kilometers away from the Branch Office. And I have two

young children aged about 3 and 1 year old.

In order to get rid of this rude shock, I have taken a week’s leave and

contemplating on my bleak future and stressed family life…..

I have three questions unanswered even now :-

1. Why all of a sudden during my training period I am transferred to a place unknow to me?

2. If you were in my position, how would you feel and how would you react?

3. Or is this an indirect way of telling, either you pack your bag & baggage to the destinatiuon chosen by the Regional Manager and the Area Manager for reasons better known to their clever but unscupulous mind? Or the company wants a woman to simply fall into a state of total depression & confusion like the one I am in now by becoming a mute victim at the whims and fancies of certain individuals' selfish motives ...?

Note :- I have not personally received any Transfer Order either in my hand or in my e-mail inbox. My request to obtain the same was also not favoured.
