Unauthorised deduction

I am being charged for a service called my feeling which I have not even used or subscribed to. my number is 9021674028..please get this menace out.as u have activated it. also the customer care executives do not respond to queries..I had registered an online complaint before, but got no response. Is the only way to make money charging customers for services they have not activated in the first place?
