Invalid Bill over Online add not agreed to

Danny Murphy of collections of Online Yellow Pages (518) 478-6928. Keeps calling us and harassing us over a bill of $599.00. He has a recorded conversation that he states we agreed to a add to be placed on their site. The only information that was agreed to was to send us information in the mail about their add services. He states it was a verbal confirmation and we owe him for the placement of the add. We have received no invoice and no proof of the add in question. This is a scam and we keep receiving harrasing phone calls concerning this bill. This is the 3rd time he has called stating he will send this to collections and it will go on our credit report.
